Auberry Funeral Home & Cremation Services History

Located on beautiful Main Street in downtown Campbellsville, Auberry Funeral Home & Cremation Services offers a caring, home-like setting that families in Taylor County and Central Kentucky have trusted for generations.

Built in 1873 for State Senator Joseph H. Chandler and his wife Araminta, the historic home later became Lyon Funeral Home in the 1950s and then Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in the 1980s. After decades of serving the community and several renovations, the funeral home closed in 2018.

In 2020, Don Auberry purchased and reopened it as Auberry Funeral Home & Cremation Services. As a full-service funeral home, we are dedicated to compassionate care and exceptional service at a fair price. We invite you to visit, tour our newly renovated facilities, and experience true southern hospitality.
