Mitchel T. Shreve

Mitchel T. Shreve, 86, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Thomas Shreve and Evelyn Burchell was born April 8th, 1936, in Liberty, Kentucky, and departed this life on Friday, March 17th, 2023, at Green Hill Manor Nursing and Rehab in Greensburg, Kentucky.

Mitchel enjoyed coon hunting and was also a Bench Show Judge. 

He professed faith in Christ and was of Baptist faith.

Mitchel united in marriage to Sandra Kaye Huddleston, who preceded him in death on September 6th, 2017.

He is survived by:

One son: Jimmy Shreve and wife, Vanessa of Greensburg, Kentucky.

Two stepchildren: Jeanie Tungate and husband, Stan of South Lebanon, Ohio, and Lori Rawlings of Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Thirteen grandchildren.

Seventeen great-grandchildren.

Five great-great-grandchildren.

One brother: Delmar Shreve of Liberty, Kentucky.

One sister: Corine Griffin of Indiana.

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by:

Two sons and one daughter: Michael Shreve, Marcus Shreve, and Kathy Hearon.

Four sisters: Lois Johnson, Doris Coffman, LaRose Shreve, and Martha Shreve.

VISITATION:  Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, from 10am – 1pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.
 
FUNERAL:  Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, at 1pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville. 

Burial to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
