Margie Burton Stigall, 91, of Campbellsville, daughter of the late John Raymond Miller and Emma Dykes Miller, was born April 26th, 1931, in Adair County and departed this life on Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She professed her faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Temple. Margie loved to read, listen to country music, and loved spending time with her family.
She united in marriage to Kile Burton, and he preceded her in death February 2013.
Margie is survived by:
Six daughters: Evelyn Neat and husband Elba of Elkhorn; Loretta Moss of Campbellsville; Marilyn Rodgers and husband Don of Casey County; Jeanie Mann and husband David of Albany; Suzanne MeJean and husband David of Campbellsville and Anita Goff and husband Barney of Campbellsville.
Four sons: Charles Burton of Columbia; Dwight Burton and wife Mary of Columbia; Bradley Joe Burton and wife Anita of Campbellsville and Roger Burton of Campbellsville.
Several grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
One sister, Pauline Bolton of Bloomington, IN.
VISITATION: Saturday, July 9th, 2022 from 5pm – 8pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.
FUNERAL: Sunday, July 10th, 2022, at 2pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.
