Tom Berkowski

Tom Berkowski, 60, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Richard Berkowski and Anne Wortchnig Berkowski was born April 18th, 1964 in Chicago, IL. He departed this life on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Tom professed faith in Christ and was a devout Christian. Tom was very involved in AA. Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, and cooking.

Tom is survived by:

One son and two daughters: Tom Berkowski Jr. of Illinois; Angie Lotito and her husband, Anthony, of Illinois; and Alex Buchanan of Campbellsville

Six grandchildren: Emelia Buchanan of Campbellsville; Christopher Lotito; Ethan Lotito; Natalie Lotito; Marianna Berkowski; and Jonathan Berkowski, all of Illinois

One brother, Jim Berkowski of Campbellsville

Tom was preceded in death by:

Two brothers: Ray Berkowski and Richard Berkowski, and one infant sister

FUNERAL: To honor Mr. Berkowski’s requests, cremation was chosen. There will be a celebration of life at a later time. Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville is in care of arrangements.
