Linda Mitchell, 83, of Cookeville, TN, formerly of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, daughter of the late Albert Thompson and Edith Sarno was born June 11th, 1941 in Manhattan, New York, and departed this life on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 in Cookeville, TN.

Linda was loved by many and had many who looked at her like a mother because of how caring she was. She loved her family and extended family dearly. Linda loved animals and shopping, often wanting her family with her to “shop til they dropped”.

Linda is survived by:

Three sons: Blaine Singer of Lorimer, Iowa; Rob Singer of St. Petersburg, Florida; and Heith Hall of Cookeville, Tennessee

Six grandchildren: Lynn Singer, Emily Singer, Christopher Singer, Hayley Hall, Emma Hall, and Preston Hall

A host of other family and friends

FUNERAL: To honor Ms. Mitchell’s requests, cremation was chosen. There will be a celebration of life service held at 11:00 am on December 14th, 2024 at Thee Baptist Church in Conway, South Carolina. Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville is in care of arrangements.
