Juanita Lynn (Callahan) Tucker

Mrs. Juanita Lynn Callahan Tucker of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of Eugene Bradley Callahan and the late Mary Lee Bailey Callahan, was born on Friday, May 22, 1959 in Taylor County and departed this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in Campbellsville. She was 60 years, 2 months and 23 days of age.

She had made of profession of faith in Christ and was actively involved in New Journey Church in Campbellsville. Juanita loved to pray with people and express her love for Jesus. She was a homemaker and enjoyed babysitting.

Survived by her husband, Johnny Tucker of Knifley, having united in marriage on March 21, 2012.

Other survivors include three daughters, one son and their spouses: Jennifer and Neal Bault of Knifley, Linda Sue and Grover Queen of Greensburg, Pam and Thomas Agee of Campbellsville, Mikie and Shannon Pruyear of Finley; 11 grandchildren: Tristan Watson and Maelynn Bault of Knifley, Justin Queen of Greensburg, Jason Agee, Destiny Agee and Cody Agee of Campbellsville, Anna Pruyear, Christine Pruyear, Michael Pruyear, Jessee Pruyear and Jacob Pruyear of Finley; three stepchildren: Joey Tucker of Louisville, Justin and Vanessa Tucker, Jared Tucker of Knifley; two step-grandchildren: Jessie and Daisy Tucker of Knifley; brothers and sisters and spouses: Earl Jr. and Sharon Jennings of Illinois, Billy Sue and Delbert Perkins of Knifley, Ronnie Callahan of Campbellsville, Connie and Jimmy Burress of Elkhorn; one half-sister and brother-in-law: Carolyn and Rickey Ford of Elkhorn; and a host of other relatives and friends. Ms. Tucker was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lee Bailey Callahan and one brother, Danny Ray Bailey.

A loving mother to her children and second mom to others: Terry Colvin, Jeremy Colvin, Robbie Colvin, Sara Bolden, Deana Collins, Chris Pruyear and the late Jamie Baugh.

The funeral services for Mrs. Juanita Lynn Callahan Tucker will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time, Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Auberry – Gupton & Chandler Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Roley Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Edwards and Bro. Ron Dooley officiating.

Visitation is requested from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M., Eastern Time, Saturday at the Auberry – Gupton & Chandler Funeral Home and after 7 A.M., Sunday until the time of the funeral service.
